Module 1


1st week: Retail & Distribution Management

Communication with final consumers and distribution chain; managing channel conflicts; optimizing channel structure. Company Visits and Project work.

Module 2


2nd week: Brand Management

Creating and positioning brands; the power and the challenges of country brands. Project work.

Module 3


3rd week: Business Strategies for Luxury & Specialty Goods

Globalization and the new business arena; international strategy for fashion and design industries. Project work and Graduation Ceremony.
